History
We founded Clayton Prep as veteran tutors and educators to provide the highest quality in personalized private tutoring. We believe that each person's education is a unique journey. Along the way there are bound to be obstacles: important admissions tests, daunting papers or projects, classes that seem to make no sense.
That's where we come in. We strive to help each of our students overcome whatever obstacle stands in the way. Whatever the circumstances, we help our students take their learning to the next level. We offer expert and personalized support in Math, Humanities, ACT/SAT, ISEE and SHSAT, and admissions consulting.
Interestingly, obstacles themselves can be important learning experiences. Confronting a challenge requires important life-skills: problem-solving, discipline, communication and courage. As our students improve their academic performance, they very often increase in confidence. Our goal is always to impart to our students the skills and knowledge they need to succeed on their own, lessons they can carry with them throughout their academic careers.
